A Day in the Life:

In the position of Licensing and Apparel Assistant, you will support the Licensing and Apparel Team in sample filing, storage, and record keeping of point of sale (POS) merchandise and athlete apparel items on an as needed basis.  Responsible for all graphic assistance both in photography and photo illustration regarding pre-production sampling.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Support and assist department with all aspects of resourcing apparel and other POS items.
  • Assist in processing and fulfilling International/US orders to support POS, Athlete, Music Marketing, and other apparel items as needed.
  • Provide Apparel Manager with updated reports of all on hand inventory on a daily basis.
  • Supports the Licensing and Apparel team in typing, trafficking, and filing product approval forms as related to samples and POS items.
  • Assist servicing of the Athletes Lounge by pulling product when needed for events and/or expos.
  • Photograph all final production samples and submit to Apparel Manager as requested.
  • Assist with shipping requirements of samples and special orders to vendors periodically as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field 
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory control and merchandising required 
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support required 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have strong “people” skills and be able to work with all levels of individuals internal and external to the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize to ensure all tasks are completed by the due date is required.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range
$17$23 USD
