About the Role

We're looking for a Retail Recruiter who is highly organized, service-oriented recruiter to support high-volume hiring across our retail store network. This role is responsible for driving hiring activity from candidate sourcing through onboarding readiness, ensuring stores have the talent they need to meet business demands. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, adaptability in a fast-changing environment, and a passion for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage high-volume recruiting efforts for retail store positions, partnering closely with store leaders to fill open roles quickly and effectively.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and move qualified talent efficiently through the hiring process.
• Maintain active communication with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-up and a seamless experience.
• Provide consultative support to store leaders throughout the hiring process, including candidate selection, offer execution, and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate and track pre-employment activities, including offers, background checks, and other hiring requirements to ensure candidates are Day 1 ready.
• Monitor hiring progress and proactively identify barriers that could delay hiring timelines, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system and ensure hiring records are completed with precision.
• Support hiring events, seasonal hiring initiatives, and other talent acquisition programs as business needs evolve.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while serving as an ambassador for our brand throughout the recruiting process.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, retail operations, or related experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Comfort navigating change and adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Workday is preferred.
• Passion for connecting people with opportunities and delivering a positive hiring experience.

Location

This role is to be based in Austin, Texas and onsite four days a week.
