The Supervisor, B2B Dealer Experience is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the B2B customer experience team. This role ensures the delivery of a highly personalized, proactive, and purpose-driven service model that aligns with strategic business goals. The Supervisor provides formal leadership, manages team performance, and drives continuous improvement across B2B operations and customer engagement.
This position reports to the Manager, B2B Dealer Experience and is based onsite in Irvine, CA.
As the Supervisor, B2B Dealer Experience, you will have an opportunity to:
Supervise and manage the B2B customer experience team, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and development.
Oversee key EDI accounts and ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and issue resolution.
Drive process improvements across order management, reporting, and customer engagement workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Sales, IT, and Distribution to optimize operations.
Prepare and analyze reports including Registration Codes, Backorders, and Forecast Reductions.
Create and distribute Scan Sheets, order forms, and part number documentation to support team operations.
Ensure proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain trust and transparency.
Support B2B/EDI testing, onboarding, and troubleshooting for new and existing accounts.
Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or B2B operations.
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Expertise in SAP, EDI systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
