What will you do?

The Partnerships Coordinator for TNF Americas provides critical operational and administrative support to the Brand Experience & Partnerships team. This role helps coordinate partnership activations, manage team processes, support event logistics, and maintain assets and product inventory. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, a strong and detail-oriented communicator, and excited to build a career in partnerships, experiential marketing, and brand activations.

What you will do:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Brand Experience & Partnerships team across partnership, event, and activation programs.

  • Assist with partnership documentation, contract routing, filing, and internal approvals. Create and maintain partnership trackers, calendars, timelines, and project management tools.

  • Assist with planning and execution of partnership activations, events, athlete appearances, and brand experiences.

  • Support preparation of presentations, recaps, briefing documents, and meeting materials.

  • Provide onsite event support when required, including setup, product management, and partner hospitality.

  • Support post-event reporting and recap development.

  • Manage partnership and event product orders through internal systems.

  • Coordinate product requests for partners, events, athletes, and community organizations.

  • Support warehouse operations, in partnership with hired vendors to ensure process is seamless for stakeholders

  • Partner with marketing, retail, PR, athlete, product, and social impact teams to support partnership initiatives.

  • Help ensure teams have the information, assets, and resources needed for successful execution.

  • Support localized execution of regional and global partnership programs across the Americas.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 0-2 years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Experience in marketing, events, partnerships, communications, administration, or a related field (internship experience considered).

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

  • Ability to lift and move event materials and product shipments when needed.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally and support evenings or weekends during events.

  • Passion for outdoor exploration, community engagement, and The North Face brand.

  • Fluent in English.

  • A proactive, team-first mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

  • The ability to balance administrative responsibilities while supporting exciting brand partnerships and experiences.

  • Enthusiasm for building relationships, organization, and creating memorable brand moments within strategic partnerships.

  • Location requirement: Denver, Colorado

Hiring Range:

$56,160.00 USD - $70,200.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
