What will you do?
A day in the life of an Associate, Wholesale Marketing at Vans looks a little like this. As part of the Wholesale Marketing team, this role will support the development and execution of lifestyle-focused, account-specific marketing programs, helping bring Vans’ brand vision to life in a culturally relevant way. You will work cross-functionally to align key product priorities with marketing support across Go-To-Market (GTM) touch points, ensuring a consistent and compelling lifestyle narrative. With a passion for collaboration and a strong consumer-first mindset, you will help translate insights from fashion, streetwear, music, and youth culture into impactful executions that resonates with our lifestyle consumer and elevates the brand across the marketplace.

Partner with Wholesale Marketing and Sales to develop and execute account-specific marketing plans aligned to brand priorities, timelines, and commercial objectives.
Execute integrated wholesale marketing programs across in-store, social, paid media, events, and influencer channels to deliver cohesive account experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising to support seasonal GTM milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
Support budget planning and management, including tracking spend, reconciling expenses, and contributing to campaign recaps and performance analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external wholesale partners to enable seamless execution.
Coordinate with internal marketing teams to align influencer activations and ensure consistency across campaigns and touchpoints.
Monitor cultural and market trends and track account-level insights to inform execution, optimize performance, and drive brand visibility and sell-through.
What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 4-6+ years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, and external accounts to drive aligned execution.
Project management & execution rigor: Strong organization, timeline management, and attention to detail to deliver campaigns on time and on brief.
Integrated marketing acumen: Understanding of how channels (retail, social, paid, events, influencer) work together to create cohesive brand experiences.
Relationship management: Skilled at building trust with internal stakeholders and wholesale partners to enable smooth, collaborative execution.
Analytical mindset: Comfort tracking budgets, measuring campaign performance, and using insights to optimize future activations.
Cultural fluency: Awareness of trends in fashion, streetwear, music, and youth culture to inform relevant, on-brand marketing initiatives.
Proactive ownership & adaptability: Self-starter who can navigate a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and continuously build capability.

Hiring Range:
$73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
