Job Summary:
The Vice President, Executive Talent & Organization Effectiveness defines and drives the enterprise strategy for executive talent, succession, organization effectiveness, executive development and change leadership. Reporting to the Chief Belonging and Talent Officer, this role serves as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors on executive talent, succession risk and leadership capability. The role is accountable for building a scalable and integrated talent system that enables strong leadership pipelines, future-ready capabilities, organizational adaptability, and sustained business performance.

Hiring Range:
$250,560.00 USD - $313,200.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Long-Term Incentive Potential: This position is eligible to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan. Specific details of the plan will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
