ABOUT THE POSITION

The .com Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital commerce and SEO strategies that drive profitable online sales growth across customer platforms. This role optimizes and scales SEO and .com performance initiatives while creating and executing the digital commerce roadmap. Working cross-functionally, the manager develops and implements data-driven strategies that strengthen strategic customer partnerships, enhance the online shopping experience, and accelerate revenue growth. The position is responsible for advancing SEO capabilities, optimizing organic search performance, driving performance marketing execution, managing critical digital points of purchase, and delivering innovative digital solutions.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Develop and maintain the digital roadmap for .com, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.

  • Identify and execute opportunities that deliver profitable sales growth through digital channels and e-commerce initiatives. Leverage PIM solutions to align .com content.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of customer performance marketing, optimize to drive consumer acquisition, engagement and revenue. Actively share results and strategy insights with the broader organization to elevate the team's digital capabilities.

  • Identify, recommend and implement innovative technologies, processes and solutions that enhance online selling capabilities and support continued growth and innovation in digital commerce.

  • Optimize the online shopping experience by managing critical point of purchase content, merchandising and digital experiences to improve conversion and customer satisfaction. Own the adaptation of brand content at PDP ensuring maximization of all available consumer connection points.

  • Partners with Photo Studio team and collaborates with account marketing to audit needs and enable a full suite of assets that serve the needs of the .com customer. Includes imagery, SMU imagery, video, lifestyles, etc.

  • Establish relationships with key partners to ensure we maximize our knowledge and establish continuity in our messaging. (size charts, review syndication, etc.)

  • Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to ensure .com needs are included in the overall roadmap and brings stakeholders together to ensure seamless execution at the account level.

YOU ARE

  • Knowledgeable about translating strategy into functional and team goals.

  • A strong leader, able to drive team engagement and promote an inclusive work environment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and collaborate with various types of teams.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or applicable years of experience or certification.

  • Typically required 8+ years of professional experience and strong competency with the application tools, systems and process to accomplish the job.

  • Experience managing individual contributors and a department or acting as a lead.

  • Manages a team with more than 2 full-time direct reports, typically professional level roles and may include support level roles and temporary/contract employees

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
